Notes
Using Mr Malty calculator and based on projected yeast viability, i decided to also use one pack of five month old American Ale yeast in the 2 L starter. Should have plenty of yeast.
Forgot to heat the mash tun to mash out temp so hopefully will still get enough extract. Not worried about fermentability.
Screwed up on the whole double chilling setup and wort was still 79 deg F into the fermenter. Will let the chiller run tonight and pitch the yeast tomorrow.
Also completely forgot to take orginal gravity reading.
Dumped trub and added dry hop to fermenter on 12/01/2011. Will let sit another week and then transfer to kegs. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
