Notes

1/21: Full fermentation within 12 hours with blowoff. Settled down a little, and moved to office @ 65F (70 in carboy) 1.27/13: SG1 and SG2: 1.050 - not even close to being finished. Roused and will check again in a week 2/1/13: SG1 @ 1.030. Still lots of movement in carboy. Incredibly hoppy 2/3/13: SG2 @ 1.030. Will rouse again and rack in 5 days 2/8/13: SG @ 1.028, time to dry hop. Took the rest of the Cascade - 6oz in each carboy
