Затирал при 67градусах в котле, постоянно помешивая, йодная проба прошла через 1ч15 мину, нагрел до 78 и оставил на 15 минут, промывал водой 77гр. В ферментер 22,5 литра. 3 литра на труху. Розлив 16.11.2014
