Notes

steeped 30 min whirpool hops @180 f for 30 mins then chilled to 76. transfered to fermenter, temp at 80f let cool, pitched cold yeast 1318 from last batch about 2 cups of slurry. let temp raise to 62, kept there for 3 days, raised temp to 66. pitched dry hops on day 4 then again on day 5 into fermentation fermenttaion slowed raised to 68 to complete. brewed on a sundayoctber 18, tasted on tuesday oct 27 1.010-1.011 fg tastes like juice. Pat says smells like OJ, Ammie says smells like citrus. I say mission accomplished. next time mash at 152 instead of 152.
