Notes

Cereal mash with wheat, buckwheat, and the .31 of the base malt in 3.5 qts of filtered water in the crock pot for 2-3 hours. Oven mashed at 147-143-147 over 90m. Hit numbers, lots of 02, foam stoppered instead of air lock.
