Notes
Had a really good brew day. Held temp fine but a little high. Only problem was after the boil i ended up with only 4.5 gallons. So I added water to bring it up to 5,25 but it made my OG only 1.059 instead of the 1.078 I was aimimg for. Racked to secondary 2/10/15 1.017. Dry hopped 1oz Simcoe. Dry hopped 2oz Amarillo 2/14/15. Dry hopped 1oz Columbus 2/18/15
