water adjustments from distilled: (17 gallon strike BIAB) epsom: 6.0g baking soda: 5.1 CaCl: 6.8 gypsum: 8.5 batch December 2019: BIAB with Pete. hit numbers. dry hopped in primary after 5 days. krausen had fallen but restarted after hopping. omitted tettnang from dry hops.
