This beer took 2nd place out of 14 in the 2014 Turkeyshoot homebrew competition
Add another malt to give it more body
9/9/18
Brewing this up again.
usng 2# malted oats instead of 1.5# flaked oats
bumping water ratio to 1.5 from 1.25 for mash
target mash pH 5.24
Added 20ml hop shot at 60 min
9/14 Ph is 4.10. Dry hopped with 1.75 ounces each hop.
9/18 - 1.011 still. Put keg on ice
