Notes

10 days was at 1.007-006 at 74*F. under shot gravity by .002, but attenuated more by .002. Started dry hop on day 10. Drop from 29.7 IBU to around 23....... Threw in the acid malt for the last 15 minutes of a 75 Minute mash.
