Notes

Original recipe from "Radical Brewing" by Randy Mosher. Specs in book state the OG is 1.065, 5.3 - 6% alcohol/vol, 75 IBU. John Palmers Red IPA recipe: The BU:OG balance of a red IPA should be 1:1 and the overall hop profile should be 50% of your hop bitterness at 60 minutes, 25% at 30 minutes, 25% in the last 15 minutes of the boil, followed by a 4 grams per litre level dry-hopping. (about 0.5 oz/gal)
