Notes

Pale Ale using my homegrown hops (2022). Boil time for "5 minute" hop addition was varied. Took 7 minutes to get the hops into muslin bags and into the boil. Turned off heat after the last addition. IBU=39.9, SRM=8.9, Est. ABV =5.5%.
