Notes

v3 - changed the water profile, added brown malt & changed lactose for maltodextrin. All dark grains in mash by mistake instead of mash/steep Tasted this version, and it is excellent. Absoltely no changes requuired. Just need to decrease the carbonation to 1.8 vols as some bottles exploded
