Notes

- @ Mash, stirred in grains 3 times. Made an additional 2 stirs, 1 to stir in acid and salts, another for hops. Resting mash temp @ 152.4 instead of 154. Maybe adjust mash tun pre temp to 148 if foreseeing multiple stirs.
