Mash temp = Single Infusion 67.5'c Ferment = Pitch at 17'c Ferment at 19'c.....Primary should take 4-7 days Dryhop = Dry Hop 1 Once primary fermentation is almost complete Dry Hop 2 Reduce temp of fermenter to 4'c add second dry hop Do not leave dryhop in for longer than 7 days, Aim at 3 days at 19'c and 3 days at 4'c
