Notes

This batch had a few non-fatal errors. After the BIAB session I dropped the bag in the wort and it splashed everywhere. The hop addition caused massive boilover so I added an additional half ounce of bittering. Last the default beersmith setting for boil was 90 minutes so the exptected OG was way too high. Actual OG was 1036. Bittering unknown but the tast is quite nice.
