Notes

Distilled water used for starter : 2,39 L Light DME used for started : 230 g Estimated starter gravity before yeast addition : 1,036 Measured starter gravity before yeast addition : 1,044 Day 1 transfered into primary fermenter (plastic bucket) ... a bit scratched... very little fear of bacteria but very well sanitized... should be good Day 3 OMG, powerful yeast activity, looks like the starter helped, looks so healthy !!! Day 5 transfered to secondary fermenter (day 4.5 actually), awesome taste while too sweet (flaked corn sugary taste), very yummy though. Day 5 Damn !!! stopper was cold out of StarSan solution and fell in glass carboy (shrinked due to cold temp) ... not possible to put airlock on... well aluminum foil will be used... hope it will not be affected by O2. Day 5 hydrometer reading 1.011 Day 11 hydrometer reading 1.011 ... sugary taste still there but way lower than on day 5, excellent taste, turning out great ! will bottle soon ! Oxidation ? Euh... not at all... is airlock really necessary after all ? lol ;)
