Taste Notes

From Keg: 8.5/10 Looks the part, nice haziness Aroma not too high, slight fruity notes Mouth feel smooth, slight bitterness, little sweetness great beer! little grapefruit zest

Changed to 60min boil. will add Coconut sugar at end of boil... Followed everything to the letter, however PH at mash 5.33. pre boil 1.047, not 1.059, so didnt add 500ml of sparg water Added 350g of coconut sugar at end of boil as low, took to 1.060
