Taste Notes

not sure on exact volume after boil, but the keg was really really full when it got there... so probably boiled to 5.75. trub down to 5.5 / 5.25. filled that keg past the point of appropriateness... Yum a dum dum. i could drink this all day long and ... pass out. so good but probably too strong for a session beer. wont know till its too late. Dave says "best beer yet". Aroma is quite light - Flavor is ...sweet and light - grapefruit flavor comes through "floralie" bitterness...
