Notes

This beer is designed to be a low carb / low calorie refreshing "lawnmower" style beer with a crisp, clean characteristics and hints of lemon. The BETA amylase enzyme during secondary will bring the FG down to 1.000, which will increase ABV without adding caloroies or carbs. Make sure you're using the beta amylase, not alpha amylase. The alpha amylase is for the mash and will not work. Beta amylase is what is needed for use in secondary. Per http://www.mrgoodbeer.com/carb-cal.shtml, the final numbers are: 95.4 Calories 4.5 Carbs ABV 4.0 AND IT ACTUALLY HAS FLAVOR!! Now, it's a low carb/low calorie beer, so it won't taste like your favorite IPA. But for what it is, it smacks the hell out of Bud Lite or Michelob Ultra! This has flavor! Give it a try and please rate it and leave notes. I want to hear what you think. But again, please rate it for what it is. If you're looking for a regular pale or IPA, please dont rate it unless you're going to rate it fairly. Thanks!
