Taste Notes
7/16: kegged #1, smelled nice, sharp bitterness. Wonder if it’s related to the lactic acid. Hopefully it mellows.
7/22: tried sample. Sharpness is gone. C hops really coming thru in flavor and aroma.
7/30: Very tasty, nice aroma, clear.
8/19: #2, sharp bitterness. 1056
9/7: Still sharp bitter, lingers. Very clear.Notes

6/19/19
Note: used 217g hops in whirlpool without hop spider. Usual kettle loss is about .5 gal, this time 1.25 gal.
7/5: dry hopped #1 80g centennial, 40g Cascade, 40g chinook.
7/12: cold crash #1, down to 52.
7/16: kegged #1, force carbed. Until 7/19.
7/21: added gelatin
8/19: added gelatin to #2.
