Taste Notes

God aweful! Bitter as hell. Thin.

Notes

Should of started with 8 gallons. Only 7 ml. of lactic acid neeeded. Did the starter for 12 hours and let sit for 12 hours. Put in fridge and decanted 2/3rds of the liquid. Worked well. Two lbs of cocnut flour added (not oat). Soaked up all the water mad the mash flow through the bad difficult.
