Notes
Mash at 149° F (65° C) for 60 minutes, vorlauf for 15 minutes, collect wort, and boil for 60 minutes. 40 minutes of whirlpool. Knockout and ferment at 67° F (19° C) for 2-3 days with GigaYeast Yermont IPA, then allow temp to rise slowly to 73° F (23° C) by end of fermentation to ensure full attenuation. Add first dry hop 4 days later then second addtion after another 4 days. Package at 2.6 volums of CO2.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
