Taste Notes

Tastes Great, nice roasted finish on the back side. Clean, good head retention.

Notes

Used Safale US-05 for 1st batch, swith to California Ale V yeast for 2nd batch, added 1.5 oz. of Fresh Cascades at flame out. Using Nottingham Ale yeast from slurry for 3rd Batch.
