Notes

Seemed to go well. Only added 35l of water Low ph 4.96 and low og 10:44 2.5 litre starter Temp on boiler seemed way out. + 2-5 degrees when cool. Starting fermenting at 16.6. Ramped to 20 Dry hop after 1 week Cold crash and fine with Gelatin Fg at 1012 (4.2% abv)
