Notes
Pitched yeast at 9pm on 1/4/2011. Beer had a couple inches of krausen by the next morning. Aerated by rocking the carboy for 2 minutes at 7am 1/5/2011. Came home at 5pm 1/5/2011 to find the krausen was blowing out the airlock. Replaced the bung/airlock with a carboy cap and blowoff tubing.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
