Brewday, color of sample looks great.

#212 10/12/19 10/7: made yeast starter with London Ale 1028 (use by 11/29/17), which did not take off. Used Safale 04 and 05. 10/12: Goofed and filled to 14 gal instead of 13. boiled 1 gal, reduced by half and added to 13 gal in boil kettle at 30 min. 11/18: Dry hop #1. 25 El Dorado, 30 Centennial, 20 Cascade 11/23: Keg #1 11/30: Dry hop #2, 60g Centennial, 30g Jarrylo 12/8: Keg #2 *did not cold crash 1/16: added gelatin, pretty cloudy. 1/24: added more gelatin, still looked like mud! #1 05 #2 04 ABV: 6% 5.6% OG: 1.056 1054 1054 FG: 1.015 1018 IBUs: 27.2 SRM: 11.1 BU:GU 48.9
