Taste Notes
This one is really nicely balanced, smooth, tasty. My wife says she could drink this one by the pitcher—I’d better watch her, or I won’t get any!Notes
“-ish” because I am using ale yeast and 63F fermentation temperature instead of lagering. Cold-crashed and clarified with gelatin. Beautiful! This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
