Notes

Mashed 6 gallons of water temp 161 degrees when add to tun- mash for 60 minutes @ 150-151 degrees. Pulled 3.5 gallons off the mash. Batch Sparge 5 gallons @ 170 degrees let sit for 10 Minutes pulled 4.25 gallons off the Sparge Boiled for 1 hour to bring volume down added first hop addition and boiled for 60 minutes.

This is my 2nd run at all grain this turned out much better nice hop finish and ABV of 8%
