Taste Notes

Dopo dieci giorni: tutto bilanciato, risultato ottimo, profilo acqua azzeccato. Ben bilanciata. Balsamicità del luppolo ok.

Notes

Odore di uova marcio in assaggio, ma odore non diffuso nel fermentatore ?!?!?! Dopo un po di aperture rubinetto odore sparito (terzo giorno), leggero alcol al naso.
