Notes

Hit all numbers! Boil off rate is higher than BeerSmith accounts for. We added .3 gal of RO water to top off to 5gal and hit OG of 1.061 FG 1.010 ABV 6.7% 2.9.19 Hella Batch #2 First Runnings : 1.075 OG 1.061 Making a two stage starter Wort was placed in fermenter for three days Notes: Stuck Mash. Bag was too fine. We had to stop mash - transfer grain into our usual bag in the boil kettle and then move the bag back into the mash tun. Concerned with efficiency and volumes.
