Boil off rate is higher than BeerSmith accounts for. We added .3 gal of RO water to top off to 5gal and hit OG of 1.061

Wort was placed in fermenter for three days
Notes: Stuck Mash. Bag was too fine. We had to stop mash - transfer grain into our usual bag in the boil kettle and then move the bag back into the mash tun. Concerned with efficiency and volumes. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
