Taste Notes

1st day, kinda meh. Not carbed or flocked out yet, but I was assuming it would taste better at this point. Ive never had heady, but I did create a NEIPA (accidentally) that was much better than this kit. My all simcoe IPA had better flavor at this point. Will give a few days for carb and flocculation and maybe fine with gelatin for the chunks of hop debris.

Notes

More loss in my mash tun than I allowed for. Upped from .19 to .25. Next beer we will test that. Simply select hop blend was simcoe in my case.
