https://www.brewersfriend.com/mash-chemistry-and-brewing-water-calculator/?id=JBRHHHW Did semi sparge this time. Only put 11.56 gallons of water in the keggle with the grains to mash. I drained off some into a big pot and added a total of 3 gallons of near boiling water and stirred. I added the first runnings of wort back to the keggle once I squeezed the grains. Pre-boil volume appears to be slightly over 14 gallons. Added the 10 minute hops at 15 minutes by accident. IBU's will be higher (53.8 according to beersmith).
