Notes

Design -Hopping spree equipment profile was used -Cascade AA is 4.8% and Centennial is 10%, an average of 7.4% was used for recipe development. This puts Centennial at 63ibu and Cascade at 30.5ibu. ### Starter 1.4l water 5.4oz DME makes 1.040 at 1.4l starter Dme raises starter .1l. Yeast raises starter .125l per pack boil till 1.4l is achieved add 2 packs yeast (.25l) Total starter size should be 1.65l Add .125l to starting water and starter size when adding only 1 pack of yeast Pitched 500 billion cells recipe calls for 400 billion. ###
