Notes

Dobbeltmesking: Først ca 4,5 kg malt i 60 min. Deretter skylling med 6 liter. Fortsatte så med 5,5 kg malt i 60 min, før utmesk og skylling med 12 liter vann. Avvik fra oppskrift: Chinook erstattet med CTZ humle.
