Ok so I brewed a honey nut brown ale, all grain. I used California ale yeast from White labs. Primary fermentation started after about 6-8 hrs after pitching. It fermented good for about 4 days. After 4 days it slowed down. It began to blow off soon after, a very light colored, creamy foam that looked to be comprised of mostly yeast. I've brew about 20 beers or so and have not had this happen before. It won't stop blowing off. I took a gravity reading and the beer is at 1.010 (og 1.044) Any ideas?
