How was the Thousand Oaks Graff?
When do you add the apple juice?

Just bottle it a couple nights ago. It is very smooth. Should be excellent carbonated and cold. I put the apple juice in the primary first then the beer on top of that. I have a 3 gallon batch of graff in the primary now. It's another animal all together. I made a couple gallons of my St. Andrews Honey Kolsch, and put it on top of a gallon of cider that had been ferminting with EC1118 for a coulpe days. Then I pitched in kolsch yeast. I'm hoping for a lighter more delicate version of the T O Graff.
