I made the Pompey Royal Clone for an english mate that wanted the 'Origianl' Pompey Royal that he couldn't get no more. He reakons its pretty close, and half a keg down in one night I guess was living proof...haha.

With the Standard American Lager recipe, the salts added are to balance the water from where i am from, so best to get your local water profile, and adjust these as necessary.
