I just left it on primary for 2 weeks. Then I did French oak wood chips for 1 month. This is not a big sour beer. I tried to keep it balanced with other flavors.

I am trying your belgian sour and had a question about the fermentation. Currently primary requires 4 days and secondary 10 days. Is this correct. For a sour it feels like it should be more. Any help would be appreciated.
