10 gallons was taken to a brew event and was emptied in about 1 hour

i used four pounds table sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice brought up to 260 and kept it between 260-270 degrees by adding ice water when temp tried to get higher kept it there for abt an hour and a half til i got the amber color i wanted then slowly cooled while adding tap water to keep it as a liquid

I was thinking of making the candi sugar myself and that seams easier then the DAP meathod

it is.. takes time but well worth the effort
