Brewed two recipes from BCS - Strict Observance Tripel, and Black Widow Porter. It's very cold at the moment, so the Black Widow Porter is wrapped up in blankets, no temperature control there - could be a slow ferment. The Tripel is in a temperature controlled fridge, I jammed a bedside lamp into a frige, hooked both up to an stc-1000.
