Sorry if I hurt your feelings but I've been brewing all grain for about a year now and this is the first recipe I've had to dump out and would you like me to send you a Burger King hat to go with your medals I personally think the juice spoiled causing the bad flavors or maybe the sewer water I use in my brewing process.

Sorry your Summerbrau didn't turn out for you. Bottles exploding means you bottled it to soon. Bad tastes are usualy are the result of an infection. Don't blame my recipe for your bad brewing practices. The vodka is only there to sanitize the fruit. If you need help I will be happy to assist you. I do know what I am doing. I just won a silver and bronze in the Utah Beehive brew off.
