Taste Notes

12g Gpysum added in mash. 100% RO water. Chill wort to 180*F, then whirlpool the late hops for 20 minutes before beginning to chill again. Primary for 7-10 days at 66*F, ramp to 68*, then dry hop loose pellets for 5 days. Cold crash, rack off into kegs.
