Taste Notes

Came out fucking excellent. Best Beer I've made by far. Just like Mama's Little Pils, but a tad lighter in the body. I will be making this again.

Notes

Mash with Des Moines water came to 5.7. Next time might add a little latic acid to bring down the pH to 5.4-5.6. Also water was a little low into boiler. Might add more to either strike or sparge. Fermentation is being held steady at 52 degrees F.
