Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 76.5% AA for WLP002 at 65.5C. Slightly modified grainbill. Crystal down from 8 to 6%, RB down from 0.8 to 0.7%. Just trying to make it slightly less 'heavy'. IBU/SG raise from 0.6 to 0.62. >316ml harvested WLP002 Amber Balanced water
