Notes
Hit 148/147 mash temp. Added 1tsp cacl tto Mash. Mashed 90 minutes. Collected 8 gallons at 1.055. Not adding corn sugar until last 15 min with whirlfloc and servo. Added 1.5 tsp gypsum to boil. Went extra 10 min on boil. Ended with 6.5 gal and 1.083 OG. First dry hop of armarillo and centennial added 5 days into primary while at 1.030..transferred to secondary at day 8 at 1.015 for second dry hop of citra. Day 12 transferred to brite with third dose of hops at1.010. Tasted hydrometer sample. Firm bitterness... But balanced by malt. Huge hop nose...fruity, citrusy. Slight alcohol burn in back of my throat.. Sent away after few more sips. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
