Notes

Based on Sound Homebrew Grinder IPA First Runnings: 1.056 End of runnings: 1.037 First 36 hours saw little obvious fermentation with bucket in brew room and fermometer showing ~60F. Thought might have a seal issue as no bubble showing in the blow off tube. Moved to downstairs family room and changed to airlock to allow for less pressure necessary to build up before co2 would escape and bubbling started right away. Saw krausen though bucket lid hole so fermentation was occurring. Left in downstairs family room where temp was at an approximate ~64-66 constant. Primary Fermentation ended 1/27/14; added 2 oz Cascade in corny keg with string tied to end of hop sack and glass beads in sack to weigh it all down in the middle of the keg (and allow for removal once appropriate hop character has been achieved). Will let sit in fridge for ~1 day to chill, then force carbonate.
