*I added too much top up water, killed my efficiency. Before my next brew, I must measure and make a five gallon marker in my fermenters. Plus side, I will have more beer. Hopefully my yeast starter makes easy work of the beer. Also, there's a good chance that the amount and time that I put coffee into the beer will not pay off. *11/8/15: Bottled 5 gallons with 4.31 oz of turbinado (122 g). Sooooooo much coffee.
