Notes
4 medium blood oranges, peel all zest half. Discard all white parts of rine. Chop up orange meat into small chunks. Bring to 160F in a half gallon of water and allow to steep while cooling. Add to fermentor along w/ wort.
Optionally, use 1oz dried orange peel, and blood orange juice:
