Taste Notes

First Brew - Excellent. Bittered with Chinook, 10 min with Centennial, Flame out with Galaxy. Dry hop with Galaxy and Chinook. Terrific after 2-3 weeks in keg. Second Brew - Bittered with Chinook, 10 min with Chinook, Flame out with Falconer's Flight. Dry hop with Falconer's Flight.
