SG - 4/31 - 1.055 5/5 - 1.032 5/10 - 1.020 10/31/15 - Added .25 lbs Carapils for improved head retention, per comments from Hangar Comp. Need to use yeast starter and ferment cooler (65), secondary longer a bit warmer (68-70) to reduce diacetyl.
